  • Once approved, refunds are processed by 2Checkout (Verifone)

  • Refunds typically appear on your payment statement within 5–7 business days

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

All payments and refunds are securely processed by our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller:

ZenTech does not store or process credit card information directly.


 

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting ZenTech may:

  • Delay resolution

  • Affect eligibility for future refunds
