We offer a limited refund policy to ensure operational fairness while maintaining high service infrastructure quality.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our Services.
Refunds apply strictly to first-time purchases and initial setup evaluations.
Refund requests submitted after this 14-day window are not eligible for processing.
Refunds do not apply to automated subscription renewal payments unless required by applicable local law.
2. Subscription & Recurring Billing
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions
For subscription plans:
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your service access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
No additional recurring charges will be generated after cancellation.
2.2 No Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for:
Unused time or unused infrastructure allocation within a billing cycle.
Plan downgrades executed during an active billing period.
Early termination requests submitted after the initial 14-day refund window has closed.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following items and services are strictly non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law:
One-time onboarding or infrastructure setup fees.
Custom engineering work, tailored workflows, or bespoke API/webhook integrations.
One-time data delivery or scraping services already completed.
Consumption-based platform resources (such as dedicated phone numbers, AI calling minutes, or LLM tokens) that have already been utilized.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancel your subscription, you may use either of the following methods:

Manage your active subscription details or request modifications directly through your secure Lemon Squeezy customer portal or via the access link provided in your email purchase receipt.
Please include the following details in your communication:
Your full name
The registered account email address
Your order number or subscription reference ID
The specific reason for your request (optional, but highly valuable for our engineering updates)
5. Refund Processing Time
All refund requests are reviewed and validated at Zentech Lead’s operational discretion.
Once approved, the refund transaction is securely executed by our payment infrastructure partner, Lemon Squeezy.
Approved refunds typically appear back on your original payment statement within 5–7 business days. Processing times vary depending on your specific bank or card provider.
6. Merchant of Record
All transactional payments, billing adjustments, local tax calculations, and refund processing are securely managed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record:

Zentech Lead does not collect, process, or store credit card data directly on our servers.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage clients to reach out to our team directly to resolve any billing discrepancies or account issues. Initiating a formal bank chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Zentech Lead support may:
Significantly delay your transaction resolution.
Result in the immediate, automatic suspension of your active API integrations, phone numbers, and platform dashboards.
Void your account’s eligibility for standard refund evaluations or future service revivals.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
Zentech Lead reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting directly to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
