3. Subscription Plans & Automatic Billing
3.1 Subscription Billing
By subscribing to a plan, you authorize our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle (for example, every 30 days for monthly plans) until your subscription is canceled.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance.
- Subscriptions renew automatically.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information through your Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
3.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to the Services will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
4. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription fees or pricing structures.
- We will provide at least 30 days’ notice via email before any price changes take effect.
- Continued use of the Services after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
5. Payments & Merchant of Record
All payments are securely processed by our authorized Merchant of Record:
Lemon Squeezy, LLC (a Stripe company)
Zentech Lead does not collect, access, or store your credit card information.
Lemon Squeezy is responsible for:
- Secure payment processing
- Billing infrastructure
- Global tax compliance (including VAT and sales tax)
- Tax collection and remittance
- Processing eligible refunds
Zentech Lead products and services are sold globally through Lemon Squeezy.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our Services lawfully and responsibly.
You may not use the Services to:
- Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
- Violate local, national, or international laws
- Send spam, scams, or unauthorized communications
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm individuals or businesses
- Violate applicable data protection and communication laws, including TCPA, GDPR, or CAN-SPAM where applicable
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Complying with applicable marketing, communication, and privacy laws
- Obtaining any required consent before sending automated calls or emails
- Properly reviewing and overseeing AI-generated content and communications
Important: Zentech Lead does not guarantee specific business results, conversion rates, revenue growth, or financial outcomes.
8. AI & Automation Disclaimer
Our Services rely on artificial intelligence and automation technologies.
You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Results may vary over time
- Zentech Lead is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs
- Our Services do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional compliance advice
The Services are intended solely to assist business operations.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, all software, content, branding, designs, workflows, and proprietary materials remain the exclusive property of Zentech Lead.
You may not:
- Copy, resell, white-label, or redistribute our proprietary Services
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use our logos, trademarks, or branding without prior written permission
10. Service Availability & Modifications
While we strive to maintain reliable service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We reserve the right to:
- Update, modify, or discontinue features
- Temporarily suspend Services for maintenance
- Replace or improve underlying infrastructure
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We may immediately suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Subscription payments fail or are disputed
- Chargebacks are initiated through Lemon Squeezy
- You abuse or misuse our systems or infrastructure
Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentech Lead shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or service interruptions arising from your use of the Services.
You use the Services at your own risk.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zentech Lead, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your misuse of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

We may update these Terms at any time.
- Updates will be posted on this page.
- Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
